Cooperating School Districts of Greater St. Louis, Dr. Dan Dozier, Dr. Don Senti, Dr. John Urkevich, Olathe School District, Orchard Farm School District, Parkway School District, Saint Louis University, School District of Clayton, University of Kansas
As of July 1, 2011, Dr. Don Senti replaced Dr. John Urkevich as Executive Director of Cooperating School Districts of Greater St. Louis.
Dr. Senti has more than 42 years experience in public education, beginning as a teacher in Kansas at the Olathe School District before moving east to the St. Louis area. He holds a doctorate and an educational specialist degree from Saint Louis University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Kansas.
Dr. Senti recently served as the interim superintendent of the Parkway School District. Prior to that, he served for fifteen years as the superintendent of the School District of Clayton and six years as the superintendent in Parkway. During his career, he also previously served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and assistant superintendent in Parkway.
“We are excited to welcome Don Senti as the new executive director of CSD,” said Dr. Dan Dozier, chairman of the CSD Board of Directors and Orchard Farm School District superintendent. “His experience and leadership in the St. Louis education community will benefit the organization and its member school districts greatly.”
